  1. Thank you so much for your interview about living with MS. A very good friend of mine who is a professor at a university where I work is suffering from it and your interview helped ne to understand a little bit more about what she is facing. I appreciate your sharing your story very much and wish you the best of health always. Be well. Sincerely, John N.

  2. Selma, I know this has been a difficult process.. the journey of health. I’ve been dealing with issues most of my adult life. I would suggest, if you can to look up the Dynamic Neural Retraining System (DNRS) and the book “wired for healing” by Annie Hopper. It’s a Neuroplasticity program that involves visualizations, imagery, meditations and self correction for many ailments. You actually can re-wire your own brain and improve and get better. I have no affiliation with the company and I want to start the program myself. It wouldn’t be difficult for someone like you, you’re an actress and very creative. You probably would have fun with the program. There are many inspirational stories of recovery and at this point, It could be really worthwhile to check it out. http://www.retrainingthebrain.com. Wishing you health and healing and love. I know how difficult it can be. Hoping for great days ahead for you sweetheart! ❤ Keep going!
